Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case and you consider it necessary to return an item for exchange or refund (store credit), please read the following conditions carefully:

- The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 calendar days from its reception.

- All items must be returned with their original packaging.


- Before returning the item, you must inform us by email at info@vitalymax.com about the size issue or defect that the item may have, so that we can provide you with the return instructions.

- For obvious reasons of strict hygiene, we will not accept exchanges for any item that does not meet these conditions.

- Shipping and return costs are assumed by the customer and are non-refundable unless it is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in the order preparation.
